Ordered the product on 8/7 and on 9/7 returned it as it did not work! They sent an email stating that the charge had been credited to my card. The "credit" never showed up on my credit card transaction page and they asked me to call them from my bank with the rep from my bank there! We were told to fax them my card transactions from date of order to present, so they could verify. The name of the person at corporate who asked for the faxed information was "Chris". They say now that I need to go back to the bank because they show the money was refunded... Which is not true... It never was! Why would I still be calling them at this point, if it had? This company is a scam and it's a shame! I did everything they asked me to do and now they deny me the refund and lie about it being credited. Who does that? I guess they can get away with it! I can see by several other "posts" that I am not the only one who was denied the refund! I saved all my papers, but I guess it did no good. I can see how they stay in business, because no one is given the refund they promise if it doesn't work! Nice scheme!
