Received a phone call from 313-334-3113 leaving a message that I was involved in a legal action with US Bank, that there would be a restraining order against me and that there was money due and I should hire an attorney.
I called the number and was told that I owed $1200 and it must be paid immediately or I would received a summons. When I told him the account was paid in full and closed for 2 years, he told me that I would receive a summons in the mail and abruptly hung up.
I called US Bank. My account was a mortgage on a property that I sold in 2011 and was paid in full and there is no legal action against me.US Bank said they would contact me directly if there was a problem with my account and they would not have waited 2 years to contact me.
