On Feb 1 I called for the RMA numbers required per their letter. That day I returned it via Purolator which they signed as received Feb 6, I have proof it was within their 7 day limit. A month later they charge me for the produce on my Mastercard. I have also filed a complaint with the credit card company saying its a flase charge with all the proof. Today i tried sending their email another email complaining and it came back undeliverable.
