I received a telephone call from a James Lobby, advising me I had won $980,000 in the Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes. The first clue is — I do not enter sweepstakes, but played along to see where it would go. The person them started asking for personal information (Name, Address, Banking Information, etc.).incoming telephone number was (530) 710-0497.
