After ordering an item from Sears I was asked to take a quick survey and did so. Was promised a watch for which I would pay shipping charges of $9.99. I received the watch and my Sears card was charged $9.99. I now have a second watch and have been charged $49.99 for it. I called the company and was told to contact them via e-mail for return information. No Luck!!!
They have cancelled my "membership" that I didn't know I had. How nice of them.
