Netflix offred a servey, after that they offered to pick one the free gift. I picked skindiet green coffee beans supplement (trial). I ordered the "free" sample without going through the entire website to find the "contract" enabling an automatic subscription service. After about a month this company charged me $90 for an automatic shipment. I talked to a CS rep and they have been telling me that it is impossible for me to returt their item and get a refund. I am afraid then i do ship it, they will just tell me that the item has been sent incorrectly and wont refund me (the same exact situation happend to one of the consumers) What should i do? I am really sick of that kind of fraud. The same thing happend wiyh PROACTIV, but they did give me my refund, after thousands of calls.
