I want to file a complaint against global visas Cebu. They don't want to refund my money since I told them I can't work abroad since my mom and nephew needds my help. They told me I accepted the No refund Policy. But I'm not that dumb to accept that kind of police. I asked for refund since last year but they keep on changing my client manager. They are disregarding my request
