I just got a bill from Publisher's payment for a magazine I did not order nor am receiving. They have continually called me for the last year asking me about the magazines I am receiving, to which I respond "I am not receiving any, and furthermore, don't want any and Please Don't Call Again!". What is going on here? This is unethical!
