While watching a movie on the Hallmark Channel a commercial came on offering a free 30-day supply of Night Skin cream. I called their phone number, 800-941-9789. I spoke to a customer rep, Alena and she gave me the pitch that the cost was $69.99. I said no, I am callin about you TV ad. Then she said she knew nothing about the TV ad but had a special for $9.99 plus $6.99 shipping. I expected to pay shipping but I thought the cream was free. I wasn't happy but I gave her my credit card number. After she took it, she said that I would be receiving another supply of Night Skin every 30 days and I would have to call to cancel any future shipments. I said I did not want to receive the cream automatically because I might forget to cancel and then I will be charged. She then told me I was not entitled to the original offer unless I agreed to the automatic shipments every 30 days. Otherwise it would cost $59.99 $6.99 shipping for todays order. I told her to cancel my order as I felt this was a bait and switch tactic. I am upset because she took my credit card info before giving me this additional information.
