In August I had been in contact with Mr. Jason Rivard of Saxon Armament in West Warwick RI. 02893. I had previosly purchased a rifle through Mr. Rivard via his web-site at Guns International without any problems. We came to an agreement that he would sell me a brand new Glock 17-9mm pistol in exchange for a SKS 7.62mm rifle, a snub nose 38 caliber Rossi pistol, plus $200.00 dollars. Additionally he was to trade me (4) 30 round steel magazines for my previous purchase, for my (4) 30 round magazines as well as a 10 and 5 round magazine clips all for the SKS rifle. I sent both weapons plus the 6 magazines via UPS to his shop so he could inspect. He called me stating how pleased he was with the weapons and was going to keep the SKS for his personnal collection. He stated that as soon as he received the two hundred dollars he would send out the new Glock 17. The check was cashed August 14 and to this date I have failed to receive my purchase. He has not returned any phone calls or e-mails since late August. I would like my weapons, (6) steel magazines and money returned. If that is not posible I would like the agreed upon prices as follows: SKS Rifle=$250/38 Rossi=$50.00/ $200.00 cashed check / for a total of $500.00.in addition I would like the price of $276 for the 4 magazines which is $69 per mag at todays price for steel magazines. Total $776.00
I gave Jason every opertunity to work with me and he refused to contact me back.
