My name is miss charmen hayden £45.00 was taken from my bank account by Janibank which I did not authorise as I had never heard of the company till today the 08/02 when i check my bank statement, i'm a 100 and 99% sure i never purchased anything from them. I tried to contact the company to get my money back but they did not respond, i need my money back from these thieves asap
