I signed up to the 3 day trial for a couple of dollars, but when I tried to cancel my subscription, they repeatedly failed to answer the phone, or emails, for hours and days on end. I could not afford to spend any more money listening to their answering machine, the number for which is the ONLY way of cancelling subscription that they offer. This is a complete scam and I have been APPALLED to see that people have been reporting this for over five years now, while the company continues to engage in this sickening scam.
