I ordered this program on Sept 18. I had a hard time to download. I finally went to job services were I was able to download and copy practice tests off. Now that I have finished these tests, I am trying to fill out an appication for the postal service, but I keep getting to where I have to order all again. When I do get there it says I am starting step4 but I can, t do anything. So Whats up with this.
