I ordered a iPod on December 27, paid through amazon.com first week in January. This was for my 8 year old which he used his Christmas money for. I have NOT received the item. I have emailed and called. My first phone call I was able to talk to someone who later emailed me saying it was on back order and would ship out January 21. As of now January 29 still nothing. I have called twice more and have only been able to leave messages which I have not received any emails or calls back from.
