My son (Personal Information Removed) was hurt very badly at the gym kids club while under the superviton of the gym kids club. His front tooth was knocked loose and he was loosing lots of blood. With in 10 to 12 minutes of being at the gym kids club. When the young lady came and found me on the treadmill, she told me my son was hurt and i should come see him. MY poor 4 year old baby boy was bleeding from the mouth and just historical he was in so much pain he was crying that he dosn't want to die, god forbid. So i did what any mother would do i rushed him to the nearest emergency room. And waited in the san leandro hospital emergency room for hours while my son was hungry and thirsty and was not able to eat or drink anything because of his swollen lip from having his front tooth knocked loose, and how it happend i will never know because the gym daycare/kids club does not have any cameras video tapping in there.
