On the website the company says that the elliptical exerciser can hold someone 260 lbs and that's why we ordered it from amazon it was shipped free and would cost me to ship back but when it was delivered the manual says 250 lbs. This machine is useless to me my brother is over the capacity, it was falsely advertised
