She said this is another department I have to transfer you to air mile department as I can't do this. Can you believe she kept me on hold for more than 1 hour and nobody picked up the telephone. Then there was no other choice to write to you. You can investigate at your own and can find out the reality of the situation. How these people are ruining your reputation.
