Without my authorization the "DWNLD-SOLUTIONS.com" has charged (in my credit card) uS$69.95 for Insurance Policy Number. I searched all the business policy of that fraud merchant "DWNLD-SOLUTIONS.com" but I did not find that the cheater has the field of work in insurance sector. Now I am surprised how the people are cheating to survive in this beautiful world. Why he is cheating like this if asks me he has problem for hand to mouth I could give him more money what he is cheating now.
