I went on the Visalus website to cancel my autoship. It is misleading and leads you to believe the autoship is cancelled. It actually only cancels it for 1 month and then starts back up automatically. When I called asking for a refund I have a million steps I have to go through. They also made me think that I was too stupid to correctly cancel the account online. I know I did it correctly and it is intentionally designed to be misleading. Don't do business with this company!
