About two weeks ago I placed and order for a free 30 trial for ultraslimpatch. The only cost I agreed to and was okay with was a 1.95 S&H fee. About a week ago, after I had received the patches I noticed an additional debit on my card for $89! I called the company to dispute, the gentleman I spoke with was very rude, and said I could send the patches back and would receive a 20.00 refund because of a "restocking" fee. My source of contention is that the only product I received was the "free" trial period patches that I had paid the 1.95 for. The 89.00 charge is fraudulent as I received no further product or services. I was directed to read the terms and conditions and there in fine print it states that they will charge you seven days after you place an order for a subscription service. I've spoken with my bank and there isn't much my bank is willing to do about it either, but I did file a claim and my bank is going to try.
