They took money out of my account giving me the impression I needed to put my credit card details in so I could get free points, but no the money they took from my account was for bids but they were not free ones.
Also now i have been tryig to log in and cannot, I have not used my bids and my money has not been refunded and I want it back and them investigated
Can anyone tell me how to get my money back
