We got a phone call and it was a Man Named Wayne and he asked if we had any Credit Card Debt, he said it has to be at least $10,000.00. I told him yes I do and then he said well our Firm is helping people get out of Debt. He said you would be Debt free in March. But he said that there is a lot of people taking advantage of this offer, so he said if you can come up with $500.00 by Tomorrow we can get on it faster and we will get all the papers that we need and start the Legal action. He took the $500.00 out of my Checking Account the very next day! Than he called back the next day and said everything is already to go accept there has to be a payment plan. So he told me that we will take just $285.55 each Month for a Year! Because we have to pay $4,641.00 by March 11th and we will be Debt free! So he said just think you are going to get rid of a $10,000.00 Credit Card Debt for only $4,641.00 so we set that up with the bank almost right away! I told him that I only get S.S.I. Disabilty and my 22 year Boy friend gets Soc. Sec. Well he said you don't have to pay on your credit cards anymore! I can write you a 9or 10 Page letter here! I need to actually talk to someone that would be better.
