I bought a car on 12/21, they told me it had 3 month 3000 miles warrnty, noticed it was leaking oil, they told to bring it in on 12/26, they told to to call on 12/31 wasnt ready yet told me to call back on 1/4 told me the need a new motor and they would not fix it evn though it had a warranty on the motor and transmission, told iI could pick another car or get my deposit back. After i checked the cars on the lot i didnt see any i wanted and told them i wanted my deposit back they told me i could get it back on monday 1/7 at 12 noon, my wife went to pick up the check and told her the bookkeeper woud be in by 3pm she had twins, call at 3 to make sure, my wife called there at 230 and they said she would be there in a half hour she said that would be good because i was l leaving work and it wold take that long to get there. I got there and he proceeded totell me my wife was a liar and diint just talk to her, i wentin the car called my wife and told her he said she lied, she said she diid just speak to him, I went back in and he said my wife need to take a pill t o come back on tuesday 1/8, we called the police to file a complaint, they said they couldnt do any thing cause it was a civil matter, to follow up with BBB, and to call the dealer in the morning and try again. We did and they said the check was there, My wife went there to get it and sent her daughter in, she diidnt want to speak to them because the things he said about her. Her daughter went in to get the check and told she sucked to much c*ck because her teeth are broken, she told she had epilepsy
