Unauthorized "processing fee" from unknown loan source (He couldn't tell me which lender.) I requested a refund from a John Cruz at the call center, and he cheerfully agreed to refund the amount within 4-7 banking days. However, this should never have happened, and should be reported to BBB or some other governing agency. Luckily I have my mortgage money sitting in my account, or it may have overdrawn me, as I sese it did others. The number of complaints is too high. This practice must be stopped.
