They took money out of my account without my knowledge or permission. They stole from me and they should be prosecuted. I spoke with the same lady who barely spoke english 4 times Yara Garcia and she put me through the same 4 times to the supervisor Jason Perez who refused to refund me my money. There was no indication of a loan proceesing fee. Thank you for your concern.
