The Blue Outlet is a complete fraud. I ordered a Clarisonic Mia on 12/10 and never received it. I sent an e-mail to them on 12/25 and received an auto-reply, nothing else. Now, their website is gone. I have contacted by CC company to reverse the charges and this morning I filed a complaint with the NY Better Business Bureau.
