I bought a puppy from Monique a few days ago. He is now very sick and in the hospital. She told me her name was Amanda and met me in Corona. From my own investigating I found out this was an alias and her real name is Monique Michelle Matthews. She has many aliases and there are many reports of her online selling sick puppies.

That's just the tip of the iceberg with this woman.
She is currently selling them in the Corona area. She does not have a house but will make an excuse and ask to meet you in some parking lot. She used to work her scam in Arcadia but LA County was building a case against her so now she has begun selling her sick puppies in Corona because that is in Riverside County.
