Like many others I have been duped into purchasing three mediocre face creams for the "trial price" of £3.95 only to discover that, had I read the small print, a further considerably larger amount would be deducted. This is not made obvious, there is no advisement to "read the small print" before completing the deal and now, several months later money has been taken out of my account to the value of over £100. I have had communication with the company, returned one item that was received (the only warning additional deliveries would be made) and am now fighting to have this money returned. They have cancelled the unrequested repeat order and no further deliveries or payments have been made. However I am £100 down and have nothing to show for this loss
