Made an order for 23.00 4 times i verified in my conversation the amount. Was told yes for 23.00 and would take 5 to 7 days. Still have not recieved product. When i called last week to cancel any future orders, they refused to give a confirmation number. To date, have still not recieved what i paid for and was charged 39.97 not the 23.00 i was told. Today 12-28-12 called to get straight. Asked for manager, was told there is not one and call back in an hour, computers are down. Called back in an hour was told the same thing.
