I worked for this company for only a week and a half, before I saw a need to give them a 2 week notice. They then found a way to withold $1,500 of my pay.
This company is so cheap they make the drivers drive on unsafe roads and forbid fueling AT ALL in Oregon, then blame the driver for road damages to the rig. I was made to drive Hwy 14 in Washington, instead of I-84, on Yakima, WA. To Portlnd, Oregon runs. Then was made to pay for damaged tires and rims, as I struck a large rock/small bolder on a blind corner. As luck would have the road crew was about to romove this rock that had fallen down the hillside due to a rainy night. Blinsky uses used rims and recaps, but charges the drivers for NEW. They do not pay the drivers for the EXTRA time (1 to 1 1/2 hour per rd. Trip) this route takes either.
I was also blamed for overheating problems of a tractor! When it turned out a Mechanic had left some rags in the block during a Radiator job, to keep the water galleys from leaking on the shop floor. NO apology was ever offered. Just kept me in the piece of S*t tractor, they replaced the other piece with.
They also tell you you will get home time more often then they intend on letting you have. I went through Portland twice a week and was allowed home once in the 3 weeks.
In general they lie better then your carpets!
