Found an add for a studio on craigslist, supposedly located in Albany. Mr. "James Stark" claims he just moved to Ohio. Claims the studio is available for "both long and short term purpose", and also says that "the studio is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe area and offers secure access.internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat, water, electric, outdoor space and parking is included in the rent and pet are allowed." Beware, this is a SCAM.
