They will provide a domain name for $205.00 but their is 30 days satisfaction guaranteed but I want to cancel my website but they don't wan't to give my money back even though I canceled within the 30 days. They want to asked their Partner Superior marketing group first and talk to Patrick.

Hello I called to your customer service May 10 to cancel my service to you Streamline Online, but you don’t want too. The person said that he would call Patrick from Superior Marketing Group because there’s a TV advertising attached to it. But I told him he doesn’t need to worry about that and it’s my dealing with Superior Marketing Group and let me handle it. And I don’t want it and I’m not satisfied with my service. It’s my right to cancel if I’m not satisfied. But he insisted to call Superior Marketing Group. (Your partner) and tell on me. You did not honor your policy. You said,

“We strive for customer satisfaction, and in that respect we do offer a 30-day refund period beginning on the date of sale. Refunds will be issued following the return of all relevant materials. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service department at 877-968-3781 with any concerns and we will be happy to assist you! ” It did not say anywhere that you can’t refund when there’s advertising to it. You can’t use that as an excuse.
