We are in receipt of a letter from you regarding as application that you received from us via fax requesting a listing on your company's web site. Upon reviewing the document it is clear that the doctor's signature was accidentally stamped by one of our staff members and not legally signed by the doctor. He insists that this account be closed immediately. Upon calling your Boston office the female who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful and told our office manager that this was not her problem and why should she care about this.in addition after searching your web sight our office is clearly not listed in your directory. All of these are reasons that he does not wish to do business with your company and expects a response from you stating that this contract has been cancelled or our practice will have no choice but to report your company to the better business bureau.
