I received the blue and white financial payment announcement for the winning amount for $2,780, 500.00 in my name and to send a$20.00 release fee (which I did, nt do knowing that this is a scam). I called the UPS store at this address and they said that there is no such business in that shopping strip and that TLA, s address was a mailbox number at that UPS store. He said to throw that letter away.
