Purchased an iPhone case on December 2. The status on the account still says "unfulfilled" but the payment status of course is "paid". I have called several times, leaving a voice message twice receiving no call back. The recording is the same and sounds like a person that probably operates his business from home. I also have emailed the company with no response back. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. This is a Christmas present I was counting on for my daughter. I plan to contact my credit company by weeks end.
