Received a TXT from 1 (260) 228-1089 stating "Your entry last month has WON! Go to targetwinner.com and enter your winning code 38495 to claim your FREE $1,000 Target gift card within 24 hrs." This is a ploy to gather information and possibly your personal information for identity theft. This is also a pyramid scam that requires you to fill out a bunch of forms and participate in various "scam" like offers.
