We purchased online training course through this company to train our blue healer puppy a we have emailed them with questions, and concerns with our training, only to get no reply's... We have a password that is suppose to get un into the site to watch training videos, ask question, and suppose to be able to actually speak with a trainer. We have had no reply's to any of our questions, nor can we even access the website.
