Very poor customer service! I ordered a nikon p510 around Dec. 1st. It took 5 days to finally get a call stating it had been processed and because I did not order a memory card, the sales person did try to sell me one that cost around $30 when I could purchase one for around $10 on Amazon, so I declinded. Anyway, I contacted them via email to inquire about a tracking number and got a reply to call the CS dept at Zach's ext. 263. Good luck with that! I have called several times and nobody answers. I waited on hold for 15 min! I have left two messages and nobody, ie: "Zach" doesn't return my calls. I have purchased a case and battery from Amazon and both purchases have arrived within a week. I am sensing I should call and cancel this order with my credit card company and order from somebody else who is reliable.
