I purchased a risk free sample for 2,95$ on my credit card. After reading all the complaints about this Co. I sent an E-Mail asking for terms and conditions on Nov. 12th 2012 and also to cancel any further shipments, never having a reply. On dec. 12th received a product billed for 73,87$ USD. Called customer service spoke with Andrea, had problem cancelling and don't know if I will be reimbursed, I could hardly understand what she was saying. I had to get mad in order for her to cancel everything.
