I was sent a check for 2950.00 and was told to pay 1960.00 in taxes to a Mrs. Tracy Williams at above address. To call 877-284-1027 for instructions on my payment. The envelope had no return address and was sent air-mail to me. I am guaranteed to get a minimum of 50000.00 to be delivered by Fed-Ex or UPS.
