I ordered a vaccum cleaner and when it arrived the box was totally smashed in. When I opened it there was no packaging inside whatsoever. The parts were just in the box. I tried unsuccessfully to assemble the unit. It appears that the parts don't match. Needless to say I will be sending it back. I also ordered flashlights. When I received that package the flashlights were not the ones I ordered. I spoke with customer service and they said someone else had the same problem. She said they ran out of the ones I ordered and they are just sending what they have. I told her that I did not want the flashlights because it is not what I ordered.
