I heard about CourseHero from my sister, she started the membership three years ago, and said CourseHero is really helpful for all her school work. So I joined the membership last May, which it is a HUGE mistake. CourseHero change the policy of what primer membership can do: 3 limited questions per day to certain credits." Certain credits means, they give you certain amount of credits to ask questions. If you use it up, you have to pay extra money to tutors; the price rang from $5 to $25 or higher.

I called the customer line, I wait for 20 minutes to have someone pick up the phone. He said: oh, your sister is in the old membership; that's why she still can ask three questions per day. Then I ask him, how come the website did not mentioned about the new policy. He said: they haven't change the details yet.

And today, I use my sister's account to log in to renew the membership since she is in the old membership program; I would have the same benefits as she had. Unfortunately, CourseHero is still keeping the same details, "ask tutors three questions daily." After two years, they still have not change the policy of what the real primer membership is.

I already called my bank to stop the translation. Anyone who is interested, please be aware and find other online tutoring. CourseHero is not worth your time and money.
