I ordered one bottle of face cream and now they are taking 99.78p from my bank every month, i cannot get the bank to do anything as its not a direct debit, i have now been charged by the bank as i didnt have enough money in my account for my own direct debit. Something should be done about this company, i do not have a contact no for them so cannot cancel in this way.
