Bad service

I bought 3 copies of www.internationalliving.com 's guide for UY. (a physical book is displayed on their website)

They took 4 weeks and then emailed me 1. PDF file.

I requested a refund onthe 2 extra payments several times. They have not even acknowledged receipt of my emails.
