Our bank account (WAMU) was accessed and cash OVER $1000 ($967.50 &$100 charge) was obtained (stolen) from my account. No body examined the ss#. It's NOT me. The attys workplace MEl Harris212 571-4900 proceeded without verifyingany information. MCI seemingly approved my SS# and did NO checking both. THE atty's office created a terrible error ms hernandezx 3225, glen miller X 3275 Olivia Spratley x3368, is hard to contact. I've been contacting since 12/26/08 to correct this out to no avail.
