1) I hired then on December 17th to file a corporation I wanted for they said it would take 7-10 business day putting me well within the December 31st deadline.
2) They sent me 3 reminders to sign documents but never sent any documents to sign
3) I called and was told they would arrive in 24 hours, that the emails were a mistake. The documents never came.
4) I called again and spoke to a rep who said he was kind enough to manually find my documents and forwarded them to me.
5) I followed up that phone call with a manager, Abel Trinidad, who assured me you would personally get them filed for me, that we stil had plenty of time. 6) I returned the docs to him same day and asked him to check to make sure all was good. He didn't get back to me so I though all was good. 7) I get docs back TWO days later for a problem, there were no dates on the documents. Really Abel, you couldn't take a quick look at two pages to make sure all way good?
. 8) I return same day, again checked with Abel to make sure all is good, there was very little time left before the deadline, he assured me were all set to file. 9) THE MORNING OF 27th, I get emailed a notice docs on hold again. I email, call, call again and speak with rep who says she cannot explain why they haven't been filed yet. She says "I'm not going to lie to you, we dropped the ball", said exactly like this! Then she tells me I can get a refund because they are not going to be files in time., says she will issue a refund since it will take another 5-7 days therefore won't happen in 2013.
No one apologizes and Mr. Abel tries to blame it on me when I send him an angry email. They wasted my time, energy and money. I want to be compensated for my distress and the hassle I now have to deal with for not having my company files in 2013.
