Complete trash, did this 30-time test to obtain a refund on my ProFlowers purchase. Over per month later, however waiting on my refund. Named customer support to stop before my test was up plus they had previously billed my card their regular charge. After I contested it, they set me on-hold after which hung-up on me. Before that however, they explained my refund was "in procedure" but could not provide any kind of period after I'd get it. Therefore not just did I wind up spending money on delivery on my rose purchase, I am currently out another $13 for this phony support.
