Intercargo are undoubtedly among the toughest delivery firms I've ever endured the discomfort of applying.
I used them to ship two flat-screen TVs (airfreight).
First I had been guaranteed the shipping will require 7-10 business days in the drop off day and child was I wrong. Not just did they lose my cargo within their factory however they also forgot to deliver me a checklist to complete that we was just informed about after 3 MONTHS of my original drop off.
Throughout that interval I was in continuous connection with them requesting exactly what the wait was, and Lenny about the different end-of the point (he usually replies the telephone and it has no idea how the organization functions by just how... Totally useless) and never was previously the presentation checklist described till I talked to some supervisor (Zia) who had been preventing me for times till I pinned him along! He charged me for not completing the presentation checklist type, I would like to continue doing this... He charged me for not completing an application which was never delivered to me within the first-place hence accusing me for that wait! But he paid that by indicating the cargo following the type was sent in my experience and sent back again to them like a good-will motion... Today spot the specific purchase I described right before, that likewise required 10 times for that TVs to reach.
