I reviewed the murchandise on the internet site 9am on Monday Nov. 21 2011 and was informed I could pick up my items at the local store (in Southgate Michigan), so I pre-paid for my order on the internet (a 2.1 cu-ft microwave and a large, over-stuffed rocker-recliner totalling just under $400). When we arrived our order was sitting near the customer service area ready to load and go; HOWEVER the customer service attendant and manager swore on the holey sames-club-book-of rules, that pre-pay was impossible with internet orders that are to be picked-up at the store, but only with goods being shipped and store pick-ups are always paid in store at time of pick-up: But when we pointed out that our goods were sitting ten feet away and bore our order and product numbers not to mention that we let them see my bank statement on the internet, showing the same full payment info for the two products including a seperate payment for our $40 membership card fee payment. We litterly spent THREE HOURS while they ignored the facte before them, only to end up with them promising us that the over-payment will be back at our bank on Friday November 25!
Well needless to say; here it is Fridat Nov. 25 and there is still no trace of our promised refund while my account remains $32 overdrawn.
SO; my cunclusion is FUCK SAM'S CLUB I am going to demand my membership fee returned and i will burn my cards in front of the store in public protest!!!
