I requested clean livestock for my 2,000 gallon tank about the 16th of the month (May 09'). Nowadays may be the 22'nd and that I have yet to listen to or observe any shipping/following information on my purchase. Being that it's clean, live seafood, the purchase was said to be delivered overnight. I tested my Charge Card and that I have certainly been billed for that purchase. Upon attempting to contact the organization via their contact information on their site (email, and ph. Quantity) I acquired no solution as well as their answering device won't consider any communications. I do want to ensure it is SUPERIOR to everybody, to not make use of this organization, because of SCAM!
